NUKUNs Enterprise offers the following supervision services for construction works:
- Control and oversight that the construction works are carried out according to the building project.
- Ensuring implementation of standards, established by the technical documentation of project and normative documents of structural safety and purpose.
- Quality control of construction materials and devices;
- Quality and scale control of construction works;
- Provision of information for client about construction works that do not meet normative quality standards;
- Inspection for latent construction defects upon building services, engineer systems, devices and construction by the construction regulating authorities;
- Technical supervision of general construction works, coordinated technical supervision of special works and activities of supervision managers.

Our procurement for building projects and other construction works is either from private or public sources utilizing various delivery methodologies, including hard bid, negotiated price, traditional, management contracting, construction management-at-risk, design & build and design-build bridging. We engage in residential construction practices, technologies, and resources that must conform to local building authority regulations and codes of practice.
Our construction of roads involves the paving, rehabilitation, and/or reclamation of degraded pavements in order to achieve a state of good repair and increase road traffic safety. We engage in the construction of parkways; avenues; freeways, motorways or expressways; toll ways; highways; thoroughfare; or primary, secondary, and tertiary local roads.
